Conditions of sale of Nadiprana, SL
The present conditions of sale (“Conditions of sale”) will be applied to the orders of products that you make to NADIPRANA, SL, with registered office at: C / Nou, 29 bajo, 43151, Els Pallaresos , Tarragona (SPAIN), CIF B43907435, and registered in the Commercial Registry of Tarragona., Under the website www.propolisnatural.es or any other website owned or under the control of NADIPRANA, SL (“Website”).
These conditions of sale (“Conditions of sale”) will apply to orders for products made within Spain. You must contact the company’s management if you want to purchase our products outside Spanish territory so that the specific sales conditions for each country in question are facilitated.
Forms of payment
You must make the payment by any of the payment methods described below, as indicated. NADIPRANA, SL will issue the corresponding invoice, which will be delivered together with the products purchased. All payments will be made in Euros.
The forms of payment accepted are:
– With credit card, paypal or virtual POS will process your payment under the protection conditions of the brand itself.
– By bank transfer, in favor of NADIPRANA, SL After the processing of your order you will receive an e-mail from the company in which the account number will be indicated. You must make the transfer within 7 business days since the order was placed. In case of not receiving the confirmation of the transfer after this period, the order will be canceled. In the concept you must indicate your name.
– Cash on delivery. You can indicate this option in the shopping cart. In this way you pay the order at the time you receive it.
Prices and availability of products
You can purchase any of the products that “NADIPRANA” offers for sale on the Website. “NADIPRANA” will make its best efforts to have available at all times the products offered for sale; However, “NADIPRANA” cannot guarantee that you will have the product you wish to buy available at the time of placing your order, so “NADIPRANA” will inform you about the availability of the desired product at the time of placing your order.
In case of finalizing the stocks of a requested product, the customer’s order will be canceled prior notice – except in cases where it is impossible to contact him – and a product of similar characteristics will be proposed, in which case you may well modify your order initial or accept or reject the proposal of “NADIPRANA”.
References to “NADIPRANA” products included in any site with which a link has been established do not imply that said product is available for sale through said Website. Such references will not be interpreted in any case as a sale offer by “NADIPRANA”.
The prices of the products will be those that appear on the Website at the time you place your order. “NADIPRANA” reserves the right to modify the prices of its products at any time, in which case the new prices will be immediately applicable to the new orders that you make, as well as to the modifications that you request in relation to previous orders, remaining understood in any case that the price changes will not apply to orders already made by you that are in the process of delivery.
The corresponding VAT rate is included in the prices of the products.
costs The shipping costs for the Spanish State, which will be added if the total amount is processed through an automatic process, will be applied as follows:
– Peninsula and Balearic Islands: € 6 (VAT included) for orders below 60 euros.
– Peninsula and Balearic Islands: Free shipping for orders over 60 euros.
– Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Check before ordering.
Sending the order
The delivery time of your order is a maximum of 48 hours (valid for the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be informed of the expected delivery time when your order has been processed correctly).
Orders will not be delivered in post office boxes. We do not ship via MAIL. The shipment is made through an express delivery company and will be sent directly to the shipping address indicated in the order form.
The described delivery period will be effective in the event that the customer is located at the place of delivery during that period, in which case the products will be understood delivered on the date on which “NADIPRANA” makes them available at the place of delivery. You can indicate a preferred delivery schedule once you receive the order confirmation email from the company.
The order will be canceled and returned to our facilities in any of the following cases:
– The delivery cannot be made when it is tried three times.
– It has not been possible to contact the customer within 8 business days after the first failed delivery attempt.
– Users who place cash on delivery orders that are not picked up and returned by the transport company for no reason will not be able to make purchases again through the Website.
– Orders paid by credit card or bank transfer and returned after more than three delivery attempts by the transport agency, will be refunded except for the expenses generated by the transport (6 € VAT included).
“NADIPRANA” states that our products have the highest quality guarantee.

Our maximum objective is the satisfaction of our customers, therefore we want to make sure that the product that you have purchased in our virtual store corresponds to your expectations. If not, you have 5 business days, from the day of receipt of merchandise, to return the product. Simply write us an email to email@example.com indicating your Name, Address, Telephone Number, and the product you wish to return. You can also call us at 977 610 578, firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you to agree on the day of product collection.
The collection of the product will be managed by NADIPRANA, SL and the direct costs derived from this return (€ 6) will be borne by the customer as justified costs and additional expenses incurred by “NADIPRANA” to meet their return.
The refund of the purchase will be made, in any case, upon receipt of the items in NADIPRANA, SL After checking the condition of the merchandise, which must be unused and in its original packaging, the amount will be refunded (costs Shipping not included) to the person who placed the order.
In the event that in a return the item is not in the aforementioned conditions, that is, that it has been given a use that does not correspond to the normal use of the same, it will be sent back to the customer, also charging the postage corresponding.
In the event that the product reaches the customer in deteriorated or defective conditions, it will be exchanged for the same product in perfect condition.
The Website guarantees a safe purchase. For your security, you will verify that at no time “NADIPRANA” requests your bank details in any of the available payment methods. To guarantee the security of your purchase, card payments are made directly on the paypal website to which we will send you from our store at the time of payment through a secure connection.
“NADIPRANA” considers it a priority to guarantee the privacy and confidentiality of the personal data of its users collected through any system that allows their transmission. “NADIPRANA” expresses its commitment to comply with the legislation that is currently in force in this area, currently, Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data.
We will not use the data of our buyers, including without limitation, your first and last name, address, telephone number and email address, rather than for the management of your purchase. Likewise, we can inform you of news, if you wish, that are related to our products and the company.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Sales Conditions will be governed by the Laws of Spain.
