Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of delivering them.
  • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the delivery in 2 business days.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those services and packages that the Store Transform marketing team has obtained on special occasions Christmas, New Year and any such festival special offers as declared by Store Transform.
  • In case you feel that the service is not delivered as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Refund Policy

When you buy our services, your purchase is covered by 100% guaranteed response within 24-48 hours. If you do not receive any response from the representatives of “Storetransform”, you can request a refund for the order placed. Any email, phone call or chat communication made by the representatives of “Storetransform” team is considered to be a response. If you do not receive response in 48 hours, we will cheerfully issue a full refund. We develop and sell websites and have thousands of satisfied customers worldwide, and our support is second to none. That is why we can afford to assure a response in 48 hours. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within 72 hours from the time of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve the quality of service. Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in partial or full. Refunds are being processed within 21 days period.
