Project Scope:
Executed a strategic pre-launch campaign including email marketing, countdowns, and exclusive access sign-ups, followed by the full-scale development of a Shopify-based storefront.
My Involvement:
Directed the marketing strategy and led the technical development, focusing on high-converting landing pages and customer retention features.
Outcome:
Pre-launch sign-ups surpassed targets by 200%, and the successful launch resulted in stock sell-outs within the first week.
